It all begins with a Discovery Call, where we delve into the details of your project. During this conversation, we introduce the Virtual Design process and establish the logistics for our collaborative experience, aligning with your objectives and the specific space under consideration.
Following that, we proceed with a 90-minute virtual design consultation to examine the project more thoroughly. This involves generating design concepts, reviewing service options, and assisting in estimating overall costs.

First, in the initial Concept Design phase, we work on creating a mood broad for the space, considering the client's preferences, style, and requirements. It involves developing a conceptual framework for the design and floorplan.
Then, in the Design Development phase, it involves creating specific plans, and selecting detailed elements such as furniture, fixtures, and finishes. This provides a comprehensive roadmap for the implementation of the design, and spans up to 8 weeks.

In this unique design phase, clients receive a carefully curated sample box by mail. This box includes physical copies of their floorplans, along with tangible samples of selected finishes such as hardware, textiles, tile, and paint. Virtual Luxury Design projects do not include procurement and project management services. You will independently purchase furnishings and carry out the design at your preferred pace.
